Our Story
72 Waverly is a new restaurant launched by John Levine and his wife Crystal Jones. The name represents as an homage to the address of John's grandparents' home, where he first began to cook. Levine fondly recalls spending his childhood in the kitchen, watching his grandfather pickle vegetables and cook savory dishes. When the family home was for sale, Levine's parents purchased it, and he began cooking his first dishes there. After growing his name throughout the culinary industry in Milwaukee and Oconomowoc Wisconsin, Levine and wife Crystal aim to honor that familial passion and tradition at their new restaurant, 72 Waverly.
